Was waiting in the cold for an hour for the bus. When the bus arrived and I went to check in with the bus driver, I was told to wait another half hour outside. I arrived at my destination 1.5 hours late. Very unhappy with this trip.
The staff was pleasant but it would have been nice to have information about the schedule rather than standing outside for an hour waiting for a bus that left 40 minutes later than indicated on the ticket.
Bus shouldn't be jam packed. Follow covid protocols of social distancing. The driver on the way to lloyd stopped at 2 different gas stations and then drove off, seems like he had no clue where he had to go.
I was wondering if when making a change of driver, would it not be more beneficial to do it in Lloydminster instead of kitscoty? We had to wait about 10-15 minutes for the new driver. Basically could have met him in Lloyd. There is also no where for passengers to grab a snack or drink for a good part of the trip.
Was worried about the experience as in the past I have rode with greyhound. With the price being extremely different I wasn't sure. Experience was about the same. Said there would be wifi but nothing available. Did have power outlets. Although the washroom was broken. Would like more customer service as I wasn't entirely sure where to go to catch the bus. And there wasn't a phone number on the contact info page. However all things considered, I'd bus again.
The bus was comfortable on time and enjoyable I think that if each ticket had tour seat on it it would be more comfortable for a person who Dosent wanna sit next to anyone and people can make sure they’ll be together
Got us where we needed to go, quickly and efficiently. The staff was great and the seats were comfy. Thank goodness your company picked up from where Greyhound left off. Otherwise, it would be difficult to get to where we needed to go. The rates were a little high for us as seniors. Otherwise, wonderful service.
