I appreciate that there's bus service at all, but I think the KCTI buses could be a little better. The driver is good, the buses are on time, but the buses could be cleaner and the bathroom is never in commission and that's pretty inconvenient given how long the trip is.
It was abit cold..air conditioner was on? N 1 guy was smoking a vaper at the back..one drunk chick was sorta abit loud n abit rude but settled down after
I answered an earlier question incorrectly. It arrived for pickup in Edmonton about 25 minutes late. It arrived in Saskatoon about 1.5 hours late. Partly by a 15 minute break being 25 minutes. The rest was partly due to extra stops in Edmonton not informed about.
I found the bathroom hard to use , as I'm not used to a rocking bathroom. But the seat was fairly comfortable. It could've had mpre leg room to stretch out though.
Time late was ok bc of weather . The baggage handling needs work , pick up , get off identify bags again was very packed ride . Start from Edmonton 12, didn’t get out of Sherwood park till 1:30 , lots of wasted time
An unfortunate incident delayed us,a very drunk/stoned person was so disruptive the driver drove to the RCMP office and was able to remove her.Other than that the trip was great
I was so impressed with Rider Express! I hadn't been on a bus in many years and to be honest was not looking forward to it but It was absolutely a great experience. We switched drivers part way. It was so comfortable and the bus drivers were very nice and drove safely. The rest stops were good with enough time allowed to use washrooms or purchase treats. Wouldn't hesitate to do this again.
I was very impressed with the driver in Lloydminister as he dealt with a very disruptive passenger in a thoughtful, caring manner, and clever manner, while not allowing the timing of the trip to be delayed to much, or the other passengers to be disturbed.
I’m thrilled that Rider is an option to travel from Edmonton to Saskatoon. Clean and comfortable buses, friendly professional drivers, easy online booking. What’s not to love?
Unsure of where the bus pickup was In Edmonton. Conflicting info online. No sign saying Rider Express bus stop. Had to phone toll free number to find out for sure. No place to wait if inclement weather.
The bus arrival was a little late due to an accident close to the pickup place, but everyone involved was okay thank god. The cup holders were a little dirty so I did bring my own cleaning wipes and wiped down my space. though the bus could have used a better cleaning the staff was excellent. The dude driving the bus for me and my brother was very nice and patient when I was rummaging through my bag for our tickets, he was nice when we talked whenever we did a pit stop break. The bus was 20 minutes late but I think this was our occupant's reasoning there were some younger children abroad. The trip was all smooth sailing. Overall I liked the bus trip, it was calming, and I especially like the bus driver and the people I talked with along the way.
Horrible. For 6 hours my children were subjected to a drunk woman on the bus using inappropriate language and she was absolutely unpredictable. My children were absolutely traumatized by this woman and her behavior on the bus.
The new bus driver was great ! She was getting graded by the older woman driver , which I had many times . She was way better than the experienced one . The older one complains all the time can hardly walk and needs a smoke at every town . She was a much better driver the new one I think her name was Lori
The young Vietnamese man who drove the second part was perfect as usual and made up the list time
