Bus from Red Deer to Edmonton: Tickets & Timetables

Driver and bus itself were great, nice and clean and drove safely for the conditions, but lack of wifi when promised was a big let down.

My experience with FlixBus was very good overall. I really appreciated how easy it was to book my ticket online, and the prices were very affordable. The bus was  very clean, the driver was professional, and I liked having access to charging outlets during the ride, it made the journey more comfortable and convenient. The bus arrived on scheduled time & on time , everything went smoothly. I was satisfied with the service and would definitely consider using FlixBus again for future trips!

The seats were uncomfortable,no pedals to place foots, no knobs to move the seat to an fitting position.

Very bad. They bus got there to early and left immediately. Bus was meant to pick at 9:35. Left 9:17

First time. Bus driver was awesome. Gave us answers we needed etc. Very very kind

A lot of the passengers were not wearing deodorant which made the bus smell unpleasant. The bus was clean with working outlets, comfortable reclining seats, and foot rest. Bathroom was sanitary. Driver was professional & helpful.

Left and arrived on time. Good departure time options . Comfortable seats—with seatbelts. About 60% of the price of Red Arrow, making it a viable alternative to putting gas in my car

Facilitation is great. there is some always there to answer questions and it is a very comfortable ride

I enjoy because it gives comfort to the passengers and the driver is great and friendly staff

The bus was comfortable but there was a lot of noise from a couple of windows when the bus was speeding up

Bus Driver very fast driving not following the maximum speed, and I am not comfortable on my set spot very tightly spaced

I enjoyed the services of Red Arrow, But I can’t sleep while on travel because of the light of the laptop of the passenger beside me from Red Deer to Edmonton she use is laptop! Very disappointing!

The bus was late, and the window cover sheet was a bit noisy when it hit the window.

I was happy that there were seat belts. And ride was fine. However I was not happy that when I got there on time the driver was not he was inside Tim s probably getting coffee or whatever and I had to stand out in the cold with luggage till he appeared. It was at least 5 minutes. This has never happened before. I think your passengers are your priority and your own needs second as the chauffeur.

Bus was late and no notification of this. Had to phone and see what was going on.

Uncomfortable busses, leaves before departure time by 20 minutes, bumpy ride, bad seats, very unorganized bus

The weather made it hard to form any kind of opinion except that we made it safely

The bus was so dirty, O was sitting so erect throughout my entire journey. I am allergic to dirt and the bus was full of dirt and leftovers. It was disgusting. I would really appreciate if i can get a refund for this. This was my first and last trip with cold-shot. Such a bad experience.
