The bus was running two hours late! I wouldn’t have made my flight. Luckily my sister was able to make an impromptu drive from Flagstaff to Phoenix to take me herself.
Greyhound did not even meet my very low expectations. The bud was hours late and when it arrived it was filthy and stunk terribly. The attendant threw our luggage on the ground at we got off the bus. The station was also extremely dirty and the hand dryers in the bathroom didn’t work.
The bus didn't come at all. There was no notification that the bus would no longer be coming, we were only given notice when we directly called over and over again to get information on the bus. It was supposed to arrive at 3:40am initially, then delayed till 4:27am, and then at 5:15am we finally found out that it would not be coming.
