the stop i was supposed to get off at and was on my ticket wasn’t reached and it was not adequately communicated that we should have got off earlier. this resulted in us having to take a $60 taxi from the airport to get back into edmonton.
Our ticket clearly said that our pickup was 6:55am at a local hotel, which was supposed to be the last stop for pick ups. The bus arrived at 7:50am, and the driver did not even explain why the bus was late. Then we went back through Downtown Jasper for another pickup. On the way out of Jasper national Park, the bus driver stopped and we had to wait for about 30 mins to change vehicles, the reason was again not fully communicated to us. The coach didn't have a washroom, and since the trip was already running late, our one washroom stop at Edson was a hurried one instead of a 15 minute break. This service is not worth the money I paid for it.
