When they are good-trips they are good . Change locations all the time now longer in Maidstone ? The drivers were very pleasant better than the regular ones ,I feel they are burnt out
Bus was clean and everything went smoothly. I wish there was more room to work on the bus - like with trays that come down like on planes. Plug-ins are good to have, though. We were behind schedule so we got fewer or shorter breaks. A person needs to be able to get up and walk around on such a long trip!
Very professional driver, comfortable seats, clean and only 5 minutes late picking up in Saskatoon and arrived to Edmonton on time. Very relaxing trip thanks.
The first twenty minutes of the journey, it was very cold in the bus, it was not warmed up at all. Provided that the departure was delayed by 40 minutes. The driver was helpful, but it was cold in the cabin.
The bus has no mirror defiger thus was foggy windows and too cold. The driver try to clean the windshield everytime and left the door open to remove the fog naturally at every breaking stops. However, the driver is well behaved and cooperative
It was advertised that the bud had outlets and wifi. The bathroom was not operational. And the driver turned on the personal air ducts on as soon as we got in the city. — it was hot on the bus. This option should have been given to us as soon as we left. I will be preferring Rider Express next time.
Aside from being late departing, the driver had to go fuel up, kind of thought they would have fueled yhe bus up at the end of the last shift, that would have helped.
The driver kept pulling over on the side of the highway for no reason. That’s dangerous especially in the icy conditions. The bus was also an hour late leaving Saskatoon and there was no information provided telling us whether it was delayed or not. Many were worried it might have been cancelled due to the weather. We were two hours late arriving in Saskatoon. Also one of the times we stopped for a bathroom break the driver tried to drive off without all of the passengers on board.
very impressed. did not know bus was available. will be taking it more often. when the greyhound line shut down - I did not realize there were any buses doing the routes. will tell lots of my friend!
Although the bus wasn't on time in Edmonton, the entire experience was enjoyable and went really smoothly. Most people wore their masks on the bus, there were frequent restroom stops, and the trip felt very safe.
