Going to Bristol ,the driver was fabulous and very professional. I got on the 12.30pm instead of my 13.30pm bus and the driver took me. Seats were available so I got on, the driver very considerate 100% but returning from Weston super mare at 0930 on the 6th/8/19 the drive was discriminative says bag with wheels cant go on the bus but there were other bags with wheel on the bus, I had my lab top and he said I should hold it which I refused and felt is a 3 hours and a half to London holding a computer which I wont need. He was not professional in dealing with it and I felt bad.
