The seat was too narrow and small. The girl who sat right back to me was moaning and kicking my seat all the time. The smell of weed was disgusting.

The bus still arrived in Boston on time! Actually 15 mins. Early and the bus was only going the speed limit. But there was less traffic than I expected once out of downtown NY.

The bus didn't have registration. It was pulled over by the cops. We were stranded for couple of hours and entire schedule disrupted. I had to incur costs to make my own arrangements. Awful experience

The driver was very good and the coach was confortable, with wufi, plugs and complimentary bottles of water.
I didn't like the fact that the tickets are only available online.

It was the worst experience. My bus was at 6pm and I was supposed to dropped at 10:30. But the bus was delayed then got changed to a new bus which was supposed to pick me up at 7pm. It picked me up at 7:30pm and dropped me at 12:30am 🤦🏻♂️
