Find coaches from Ocala to Tampa

Booking was last minute and easy to do. I arrived 20 minutes before and received a text that the bus was delayed about 10 minutes before departure. It mentioned to check my email for more updates which I did not get. I used the my bus in the pdf and realized it was 2 hours delayed. Wish I had known before as the delay was clearly known before hand. Once arrived, my ticket showed business and seat a5, only to have to figure out onboard that I. Needed to find and empty seat. Not a big deal but since the stop was 30 minutes many left the bus I had a hard time finding what seats were open. I got lucky and my seat was open but wish it would have been clear I wasn’t in business class. I’m a business traveler so need to work while traveling so the extra hassle and uncertainty was a challenge.

I was very grateful for this bus route, as a competing company cancelled their bus to Tampa last minute. So Red Coach is a life saver, but getting me to my destination.

I would think there would be exceptions to the refund/credit voucher rules being that my father was in hospice and I needed to change my trip. Very disappointing and impersonal.
