If we did not go early no one would have informed us that our bus was cancelled and we had to leave with an earlier bus. Also when changing my ticket they changed my seats even though they were still available.
Driver was not very friendly. Most are. He was also a very impatient driver, beeping his horn frequently and not letting a car in front when lanes merging in traffic when clearly all other drovers where cooperating. I don't think his job should be driving
The bus was on time but the staff were completely unhelpful and after mis-booking a bus for the following day, the staff were completely inhospitable and wasn’t able to cancel my booking even with 24 hours until the bus was set to depart.
The bus was very small and the driver barely used the AC despite the heat. It was too hot outside plus with wearing a mask to not use AC or have open windows. I felt so ill. It also would be nice to know in advance that public restrooms on our route require pesos.
There was a flat tire so we had to wait for another bus to pick us up. Fortunately, we gave ourselves plenty of time and did not miss our flights. We arrived at the airport 1 hour and 15 minutes from the original arrival time.
First time using ADO bus and they offer a great service from Tulum to Cancun airport. Very friendly staff, very comfortable bus, everything on time, there was AC and wifi on the bus and it was extremely clean. Highly recommended.
