There obviously weren't enough buses on for a busy Sat evening. We were panicking as although we'd previously booked our tickets to return to York, several buses drove straight past, completely full. When we eventually managed to get on to one we were packed in with people standing in the aisles. Not a very comfortable journey

I couldn't get on with a pre paid ticket because the bus driver had overfilled the bus. I ended up arriving to destination an hour and a half later than expected because of this.

The first bus on 04th December 2023 at 09:01 which was late anyway but we didn’t mind decided not to stop and drive right past us. We have a 5 month old baby and had a very important appointment to get to which we couldn’t make because of this. Very disappointed and very angry about this.
