Bus Tickets from Bloemfontein to Pretoria

bus was delayed by 3hours, horrible bus experience everr.i ended up missing my appointment

The aircon was perfect and the driver drove calmly and perfectly. The bus arrived on time

It was delayed without any communication.. otherwise the drivers were very patient and communicative during the stops

I would would have given a perfect 5 if the bus was not so late. The driver was stupendous 👍

The bus smelt so bad and we almost got into an accident because the driver was sleeping The worst bus ever also why was the driver speeding with a bus full of people Id advice people not to use this bus

I wish the staff were abit more kind. And the heater was on when it was clearly hot. My trip was not as comfortable as I had hoped it would be.

It was awful,how is it possible that I pay so much money yet be inconvenienced due to space in the bus and then when I go to another bus, I get told that I can't aboard the bus because I didn't pay for that one?

Arrived 3 hours late and it was supposed to arrive at 22h30 and it arrived 01h30. Tried to call the centre and no one was answering the call.

I enjoyed the comfort, safe driving, reliability as well as timeliness. I technically enjoyed everything with Big Sky to be exact.

I did not enjoy the bus because the bus was very cold as the heater was not working. Anyway I enjoyed the driver of the bus as he kept us entertained throughout the trip with his nice jokes, treasure him is an asset to your Institution.

The arrived late at the pick up bus was late and we were not given a break on the way. We had to force the driver to wait so that we could stretch and buy food. The bus arrived 1hr30min late at the destination

Enjoyed my trip with my family. Bus arrived on time both in Bloemfontein and Pretoria respectively. Got to catch bus to Malamulele on time. The bus drivers for bus989 from Bloemfontein to pretoria 15 June 2025 from 12:45 - 7:40 were very rude and negligent to me because they took advantage of my young age, I demand that they be let go or else I am going to escalate this matter and ensure that your company is reduculed in social media and deemed untrustworthy because the staff that you hire are incompetent

The bus driver didn't care much about the passengers, the toilet inside the bus was extremely dirty and due to that everyone waited for the first stop, the driver made the first drop in a place that didn't have a toilet so nobody came out... Basically we had 1 stop on a hours trip, the bus was very unhygienic

I had a very horrible trip.😭 It was even 3 hours late. I will never use it again.

We waited 3 hours for the bus to arrived when it arrived it was on bad conditions water leaking through the roof and the sits broken I wouldn't recommend it

The worse experience ever the bus was 4 hours late , unhygienic the bus driver did not even stop for a pee break it was so dirty even the seats were broken it should be cancelled !
