I bought a ticket but the date was incorrect, and I'm not refunded.i will never recommend your service or but in my life.you're such a disappointment. Now I need to pay for another trip.
The worst trip i have experienced in my entire life. Bus being late with two hours. It keeps on overheating the whole way. Cover 400km (from Bloemfontein to Pretoria) with 12 hours. They don't care about their passengers at all.
I didn't have a sit firstly, but the plan was made after I complained that I'm falling with a child in my arm's. Secondly I couldn't charge my phone because the plugs were not working. Very disappointed 😞
It was extremely bad, our bus had a broken down because of the leaking water and I had to take budgetliner that the sit were too small and the driver and his assistance were too loud playing music laughing 🙃
I booked a bus that was l leaving at 1:05 AM and it would arrive at 7:35AM but it never showed and the next bus was at 3AM it arrived in Pretoria at 10AM the same time as my visa appointment and I missed it
The bus came over an hour later. It had no heating nor curtains. The door was not properly closed the entire trip and there was a lot of cold air entering. The windows were broken and taped together.
I didn't enjoy at all.Firstly the bus was late. Secondly, when it finannly arrived we had to stand outside for like 30 minutes with no driver telling what what was happening. Thirdly, it was an overload, i had to sit on top of someone from bloemfontein to Johannesburg because there were no seats available and others were sitting on the floor. When we arrived at Johannesburg they exchanged us to an APM bus that was going to Pretoria. It was my first time travelling with Delta Coaches and I didn't enjoy the ride at all.
Eldo coach is warm and comfortable inside it was cold but with them having air-conditioner I enjoyed the journey .I was not happy with point of destination they arrive so later than 45 minutes but we arrived early to Pretoria on time
I never got on Intercity but I was put on Eagle liner instead..becoacuse my bus was running 4 hours late... and the eagle liner left at 4am when i was suppose to leave at 2:55am. and the drive was very uncomfortable .
I missed the bus because of Intercape failing to communicate with me. I first got a message that the bus was an hour late, later got a message that the bus was 20kms away. When I got to the station I was informed that the bus left on time and I wasn’t even refunded for their confusion.
It was beyond badness as I now have warning at work to arrive late due to bus that didn't arrive on time and having no space for me drivers had to give that uncormfortable left seat that's front next to driver where I kept on falling as its not comfortable enough for my R550 which is waste to spend and get tortured this way
The bus itself is comfortable, but I didn’t enjoy the trip, the driver was speeding and it was uncomfortable. I was scared through out the whole journey.
The bus came 2 hours late, it was dirty already, not smelling good, we arrived at Bosman Pretoria station at 18h00 instead of 14h30. The people who deal with luggage have broken my suitcase's leg. Now it is damaged. One guy was smoking inside the bus, and I am allergic to the cigarette.
I didn't enjoy at all...they said they got break down of a bus they gave us the horrible bus ever..I'm really heart broken because I paid lot if money in order to get this disappointed, disgusting bus ever...I always heard people saying eldo coaches treat their customers like trashes that's what my trip went to I will no longer travel with that bus every and I will tell people that they must not trust eldo coaches because they can't keep their promises...they fail to accommodate us with quality...so now I will travel with inrercape no more eldo coaches...
The 7:30 bus that I was supposed to be in was delayed, only arrived at 13:00. I decided to cancel the ticket and book for a midnight bus. My worry was that I would get to Pretoria late and have no taxis home cause the bus delayed by more than 6 hours. This is very unprofessional
