The only challenge on this bus was the non functioning charging port. The aircon was also not working. The curtain could not be closed as the runners were missing. Please pay attention to these issues
Worst experience on a bus to date! The bus broke down in the middle of nowhere, with no communication on when the next bus would come, which was 3 hours later that night
Almost missed the bus because the lady who was checking the tickets as we were entering the bus mentioned that was wrong bus not going to Pretoria and it was the correct bus, bit absurd about that☹️
I just wish it could be a trip from one place to the other(straight to the destination), different routes cause a delay. However, Intercape is the best and I would recommend it to anybody that wants to travel.
It was so unfair for intercape to just drop all passengers at Midrand, let alone the garage not the taxi rank , and we had to travel to Pretoria with our own money which we didn't even have .
Personally ill use Eldo coaches as a last resort, the bus did not arrive in time, in fact the bus did not arrive at all we had to wait 4 hours just to travel in an Iveco. 100% not satisfied with the service
The buses have low hygiene, they should clean their buses because I saw a roach and something must be done about the horrible smell that comes with it. And they should follow the regulations and put the expected amount of people in the bus to avoid overcrowding and disgusting smells that comes with too much people inside
Extremely rude bus assistant. He screamed in my face and grabbed my headphone of my ear. The short one not the tall dark one. He was polite and friendly.
As I said earlier that the staff morale seem to be low because we don’t matter to them to inform us that the bus will be late or not. In general it is a good for money ride. I always feel safe when traveling with intercape buses and was very impressed to see how they enforced COVID-19 protocols…
I would never recommend anyone to use this bus even to my worst enemy, use it at your own risk. I had to fight in order board the bus because the bus i booked was over booked and two more that arrived after were also over booked with no space take more passages.
I’m very disappointed with the service especially during this COVID-19 ! Our bus was so full, we can’t be seated next to each other like that that’s nonsense
