The bus is fine and comfortable but it was late for an hour and there's is no shelter we were waiting outside, it was freezing in the middle of the night I don't know why the offices were closed while intercape is aware that their clients are there waiting for them. Atleast provide shelter for your clients.

First the bus was late. Should have arrived at 11H20 in East London but only arrived 12H05. Then the bus broke down in Butterworth and we spent hours stuck and eventually arrived at our destinations at night.
