I booked a ticket for 12:20 but left at 14:45. Each and every bus that came around 12:00 was full to the brim. I mean if we book according to the times that are convenient to us shouldn’t there be space availability.
Also had to stop along the way to swap buses because of a sudden change of route! I found that very unprofessional

Firstly the bus arrives late 30 minutes and the pick up point was not nice.
The bus no 616 was boarded and it was full to capacity. However I booked a Mainliner and this was not. The toilets were filthy. The entire trip smelled disgusting. The passenger next to me was drinking alcohol. The seats were worn and uncomfortable. I had difficulty believing that this was the same Intercape I loved for so many years? This was my worst experience with your service.

I didn't even travel.I need help with lodging a complaint. Where and how do I do that?
The bus was fine but it was late with an hour I had to call the call center to check if it's still coming and then when it arrived had to wait another 30 minutes for the passenger to come back from buying food and refreshment in short the bus that was supposed to leave at 10h50 it ended up leaving at 12h31

I didn't enjoy anything because the bus never came!! After an hour of it been late i called to find out where is the bus!! To my surprise i was told the bus was the, guess what they transferred from big sky to intercape and they did not communicate that!!! I was arrogantly told I've forfeited my ticket. I'm still angry about the service i received overall. Very very very poor
