I am writing to express my deep dissatisfaction with the service I received from Eagle Liner. The overall experience was highly disappointing and fell far below acceptable standards.
Firstly, the bus was significantly delayed, which caused considerable inconvenience and disruption to my travel plans. Timeliness is a fundamental expectation for any transport service, and this was not met.
In addition, the boarding process was poorly managed. The drivers did not verify passengers against a proper list or manifest. Instead, they appeared to rely solely on counting the number of available seats, without confirming individual passenger details. This lack of organization raises serious concerns about both efficiency and passenger accountability.
Overall, the service lacked professionalism, coordination, and reliability. I expected a much higher standard and was extremely disappointed by the experience.
I hope this feedback is taken seriously and that necessary improvements are made to prevent similar issues in the future.
The bus was 1h30 min late, I had to make some other arrangements myself. But my ticket money was gone. Bloody scammers
