Bus from Harrismith to Midrand: Tickets & Schedules

I booked for 1pm they arrive at 6pm then they keep changing us into different buses plus your drivers have a very bad customer service

My bus was for 14h30 from Harrismith engen garage, the driver told me that the bus is full, I must go and talk to the intercity drivers to see if they have space.

I am writing to express my deep dissatisfaction with the service I received from Eagle Liner. The overall experience was highly disappointing and fell far below acceptable standards. Firstly, the bus was significantly delayed, which caused considerable inconvenience and disruption to my travel plans. Timeliness is a fundamental expectation for any transport service, and this was not met. In addition, the boarding process was poorly managed. The drivers did not verify passengers against a proper list or manifest. Instead, they appeared to rely solely on counting the number of available seats, without confirming individual passenger details. This lack of organization raises serious concerns about both efficiency and passenger accountability. Overall, the service lacked professionalism, coordination, and reliability. I expected a much higher standard and was extremely disappointed by the experience. I hope this feedback is taken seriously and that necessary improvements are made to prevent similar issues in the future.

The bus was 1h30 min late, I had to make some other arrangements myself. But my ticket money was gone. Bloody scammers

Driver was good,but bus was few hours late and before booking check route for stops it showed 2 stops but ended doing over 6 stops and reached destination 3 hours late

Horrible . I was supposed to get to Midrand at 20:40 but only arrived at 1am

Travelling a long hours than estimated, 5 and half hours from Harrismith to Midrand is too, for unnecessary delay of celebrating a new bus,

Well the trip was very satisfying even though the bus nearly left me because I was late but the driver was very polite

Unbearable 5 hours delayed , dirty and NO ventilation !!! I will never use them again

Terrible My bus was delayed for 4 hours with no accurate information on its arrival

I didn't enjoy anything because the bus never came!! After an hour of it been late i called to find out where is the bus!! To my surprise i was told the bus was the, guess what they transferred from big sky to intercape and they did not communicate that!!! I was arrogantly told I've forfeited my ticket. I'm still angry about the service i received overall. Very very very poor

Felt safe up until the assistant started a long conversation with the driver, which I think distracted the driver. I also saw a cockroach on the surface. Overall not a bad experience.

There was confusion as to which bus i should be on so I missed the correct one and had to make other travel arrangements . Not one of the drivers of the three busses I approached checked my ticket to see if I was supposed to travel with them.
