Intercape has to be one of the best buses to travel. The bus arrived on time, friendly and professional drivers, the only problem with the one I was on was the charging ports, which most of them on the bus weren't working.

The trip was a disaster, we waited for a long time before people from Delta could attend to us and after that they made us pay for our luggages without even using a scale to weigh them when they had specifically wrote on page 2 of the purchased tickets that all bags will be checked in and one will pay for kgs over than 20kg after the luggage had been weighed.
