I was impressed with my journey as always, just had a few problems with my charging port and the bus driver from a different bus traveling with our bus was rude

Please fix your nudes and even the cable chargers most are not working
The bus had a problem with the gear and when we were approaching Dutywa it wanted to stop moving. That is disappointing because before we left an engineer was inspecting or fixing the bus so how come he didn’t pick that up.
Everything was OK bt the tym we are arrive in cape Town was bad
The bus was late due to traffic
I was 5 minutes late the bus left me. I requested the next bus to help me to connect my bus because it was just 30 minutes after my bus. They could not even call the bus driver or assist me to connect my bus. I was assisted by APM bus my Intercape bus was really unhelpful. Even Greyhound was prepare to help just imagine. I mean a bus is not like a plane they connect and they can communicate as colleagues to check how far from each other. Even when they stop at a certain garage for refreshment they always check one another. I really had a bad experience with Intercape. A phone call to check on a client would not be a damage to the company or to connect a client to the relevent bus would not cause any harm to any one.

It's good but needs to improve
The bus was suppose to leave at 2pm and it left 11 minutes late and we were supposed to arrive in Cape Town civic center depot 6:45am as written on the ticket and we arrived at 8am, a whole hour late
The service was very poor,the bus was really late and I will travell with it anymore Eldo company doesn't care anymore about their passengers , and passengers should've burned that bus because of their poor service so our lives were on risk

Wifi doesn't exist on those double dec bus. Time management don't exist,there was no communication to inform passengers that the bus is running late, they do follow covid-19 rules but the toilet inside the smells very bad,tvs don't work. Other than the bad smell coming from the toilet, the bus is very comfortable and the staff working there are friendly.

The bus was supposed to arrive at Bellville Cape Town by 8am, instead it arrived by 19pm! The bus wasn't even serviced! Got stuck in the road for more than 7hrs! Then got stuck again for 4hrs! The drivers are rude! Call centers do not answer! No workers at the stations to check in the bags. The bus is very unhygienic, everything is literally just a complete mess! What an awful and traumatic experience! It was my first time using Eldo Coaches and I never wanna use your poor services again.
