Makalala did us bad, I booked a ticket from Mtata to Cape Town and I ended up in crossroad. I had to wait for 30 minutes to get into a shuttle that took an hour because the driver could not use the GPS.
I think Makalala Transport can do better by not giving false information to clients.

Bus left on time which is gud but there were unnecessary stops not communicated with clients in the wilderness, sometimes we will be informed when they are done or not at all, but was too hot during the day and too cold at night only bottom but on the deck they were sweating. Service busses in order to circumvent losing your clientele, small things may lead to something serious and that's not what we want, we love using jobela services.

The bus arrived at 16:00 which is 4 hours late and we got into the bus but at 18:00 we were still at the bus station. It was raining we were wet, and our bags were soaked wet also. After 6 we were told that the bus was cancelled and will leave the following morning so all in all the bus never left
