The chauffeur was very rude. He smell horrible. He answer very bad. He driving horrible. And he but the radio laut, with so redicule programm. I ask 2 time to but the musik not so laut!!! No chance!!! The wifi dont works!!!he say i dont now. It was the 1 bad expierience! But by the way, spain people dont care - the dont have education- thats the worst...
I have had many good trips with ALSA while travelling around Spain. The only issue I had with this trip was the seat I chose was behind the wheelchair space (not indicated in the booking picture). I don't mind sitting behind the wheelchair but the problem was there wasn't enough room for me to sit down comfortably. Thankfully, there were free seats and I was able to move elsewhere but if the bus was full those who chose the seats behind the disabled space would have a very uncomfortable journey.
