Both the drivers were really friendly and accommodating. Though they didn’t speak much English, they did try their best to understand the other passengers that asked some questions.
Too much hot AC temperature should resemlbe more atmosphere
Friendly and professional staff delivering a top class service.
Bus was very comfortable and nice.
Thanks for alsa eceryting iş good
Overall, I had a positive experience. I was satisfied with the bus and the driving. The estación was a little confusing because I didn’t know which bus my bus was (I had a stop on a bus with another final destination), so I wish I had had that information prior to getting to the station.
Bus itself was a little old, no powerpoints for charging and it wasn’t as clean inside as it should be. Apart from that, no complaints.
The staff wasn’t so nice with the customers and the air of the bus didn’t work.
new buses music, movies and ecetra ... And on time ...
great! the trip went very smooth and with no problems whatsoever
Very pleasant journey with a convenience stop made it more enjoyable thank you would recommend highly
Bus is great and good condition. Staff are friendly and helpful. Just need a power port for passengers to use.
Driver spoke no English, no announcements, took 7 hrs to get to Alicante. Seemed the fwy was slow/cluttered. Our only stop at Albercete was so busy with school groups that one didn't have time to order food, then people were late coming back on board.
Comfort on time
Very good and very comfortable
Very impressed with comfort and reliability!
Very secure trip
Seats are too crowded, not enough room for legs
The bus was 30 minutes arriving in Alicante and therefore caused me to miss a flight to see my very ill grandmother.
Excellent service , best I've travelled with
Thanks for the movie selection!
