Very kind staff
The trip was wonderful the bus was clean. I thought the driver was a bit harsh...no taking off shoes, no food, sit with seatbelt all the time. It is a night drive and people want to feel comfortable...and relaxed.
Bus driver don’t speak English
I had an ok experience, except that the other passengers ate seeds and sandwiches while on the road which was annoying because of the unpleasant noise and smell.
Smooth and easy. I appreciate the emails and etickets
Dirty, old bus. The unfinished bottle was on my friend's seat when we were boarding the bus.
The bus was not cleaned after previous drive, but was just ok. The bus was late in Madrid due to traffic jam in valencia.
Very wonderful service with Nice and comfortable buses and smooth driving.
Avanza, sub contracted the route to outside vender, not appreciated!! The driver arrived late and arrived about 2 hours late. The driver had to stop twice for break. The first break understandable but the second 30 min break made no sense at all. Blame it on the law. Over all was not blessing experience traveling with baby and 11, 15 years old.
It was a good coach. Really nice driver.
Everything OK. Good service.
Bus driver was rude/indifferent. Not friendly at all.
Great bus with personal movie player / screen. Facilities was not mentioned so I did not get with me speakers.
It was great!!
All really good, the only problem I found was that the driver would tell was what the stops were, leaving us to wonder. I nearly missed mine..
The bus was old. It was small and uncomfortable. The driver always made it too warm. Also it was raining and the water was on our seats and everywhere. The driver always was distracted by the phone
Did the job, of getting me from point A to point B in its allotted time. I cannot complain on the service
The fact that we could travel at night was very important to us and we thank the company and the staff for making this effort for travelers. The fact that the staff is very kind, it matters a lot again. It sounded like the coach was comfortable, had air conditioning, toilet, TV, half-time break in a bus station with everything, was welcome.
Nice trip ! We arrived earlier !
There was a minor problem with a passenger but it was efficiently solved and the rest of the trip was enjoyable
Midle on the night, fine service
Bus was fine.Station was awful. ladies toilets disgusting. complained and was told that is how it is. Shame otherwise really good service
Actually, I took a bus on Monday, September 1st, exchanged this ticket for the bus on monday at 7:30. As this bus was much cheaper, you made more money. I went to the ticket counter in Valencia station and asked to exchange the ticket, so I hope for your company, that the ticket today, september 7th had been cancelled by your staff and sold again.
Fast and comfortable
