Everything was great apart from the driver did not accept the e-ticket and wanted us to open the email showing the Damas ticket. There was a language barrier but we got there in the end with the help of Google Translate.
Even though the bus left Ronda 10 minutes late and there was some delay on the way (road works) we arrived in Malaga at the exact time.
Comfortable ride, on time & charging ports in the ceiling. Had no issues with mobile ticketing & contrary to instructions when purchasing online, did not need to produce ID.
Had a good ride; little to no interaction with staff.
Bus did not show the right number listed on our ticket. We almost missed it. Our bus seats assigned was not allowed for us to use.
Unorganized and unhelpful
We had a very good trip
I wanted to cancel but couldn’t because of their company’s policy.
An easy and great trip
The bus back to Malaga was broken. On the windscreen there was a huge crack
The trip went according to schedule, and the buses were comfortable. HOWEVER, the requirement by the driver, that we have a paper ticket, almost caused a nervous breakdown. We booked onlone, had the booking reference number, and our passports and names, but no paper ticket (or smart phone). Only the intervention of a member of staff in the Estaccion Ronda resolved the matter and secured our return journey. Perhaps some additional training for drivers so that they look for internet bookings at the bottom of their printed list would prevent this problem.
All fine, bus clean and left and arrived on time
A very good trip with a very professional and safe driver.
Great trip Ronda to San Pedro but took 2 hours a long the coast to Malaga
Sadly when we arrived I had noticed I had lost my credit cards. In case I had left them in the hotel and after the driver said I could transfer the ticket to the 8am bus we decided to return to the hotel to see if I had left my credit cards there. Upon returning to get the 8am bus to Malaga we were told quite abruptly that we had to pay again, not having any other option we paid. So I am very disappointed in the driver who said we could swop buses. A refund of the tickets would be appreciated, but I suppose that's wishful thinking. Would I use Avanza again NO.
No toilet or wifi as advertised but driver was really lovely and bus was super clean
