No toilets, bus driver made us aware of this and that we could go toilet in Albuferia (20mins from Alvor) with the remaining 3 hours toiletless. My partner has a bladder disorder and the bus driver would not pull over despite passing 5 service stations along the way. She had to pee in 2 bottles on the bus which was extremely uncomfortable and embarresing.
