Myself, was told 2 different stories on what bus to get on. I finally had to ask the driver to make sure, then I was on the wrong bus. It was supposed to be a 3 hour drive with 1 stop. It was a 5 hour trip with several stops! Horrible experience that could easily have been fine with decent employees
