It wasvery good journey!
I rode on one of the Fitzgerald Bros buses and HATED it. Who thought it was a good idea to drive a whole hour from Binghamton to Syracuse in what amounts to a Centro bus? The whole ride shook awfully and felt like I was on a roller coaster, and then the charger ports didn't work. This is the second time I've had a less-than-great experience with the Fitzgerald Bros line and it sucks. I just want to be able to get home from Binghamton at a decent price.
Staff was very kind and helpful. Bus ride was smooth and fast. Just got a delayed departure by 30 minutes that set the trip behind.
