The service is easy to book and find, the bus is clean and efficient. Only downside is some of the stops are not well advertised/shown, so I've had to ask around for help. Other than that I'd use the service again

The bus approximately 30 minutes late in leaving. The driver was unpleasant and did not think my online ticket purchase was genuine. I expected a direct route but we stopped at many points on the way.

When I booked this, given the price I wrongly assumed it was a direct route to Bath and not a normal bus service. The journey was advised as approximately 60 minutes and took almost 90 minutes, although I appreciate it is dependent on traffic.
