The bus ticket bought was for Cartagena to Aracataca (as printed on the physical and e-ticket). However, the bus does not go to Aracataca and bypassed it without giving me a chance to alight the bus. The driver and conductor also did not inform me while in the bus ( it was super easy to spot me since I was the only obvious tourist in the bus) - if they did, I would have alighted earlier and taken a motor to Aracataca. If the company does not provide direct routes, please do not offer it, or at least mention that passengers can travel to the nearest town and find alternative transport to continue the journey.
