Over 2 hours late. Kept stopping continuously for venders. Extremely dirty seats and old bus.
Journey time did not correspond to the advertised amount. Not due to traffic or any complications. The route could never be done at the speed suggested and there was an additional stop included at Barranquilla witha half hour wait. Total time 6.5 hours not 4.75
Good level of comfort. But be careful on the first comfort stop - we went to the loo and got a cup of coffee which took 15 mins and found the bus had gone without us!! We ran after it and flagged it down. Bizarrely the drivers were angry at us!!
We left 1:20 late and we arrived 1:30 late. Other thank that, the travel was smooth and quite. Everybody had been able to sleep all night. Leaving earlier would not have been the best idea because there was a lot of trafic. Changing the departure and arrival hours would be the best to avoid the trafic.
Bus left a little late like any bus in South America. Seats were comfortable, driver was good. It was well organised. Bus ended up being a little cold at the last few hours of the trip
Very comfortable and safe bus. I don’t know why they said we would arrive at 9 in the morning, but we arrived at 4 in the afternoon! Luckily I didn’t have any plans, but that’s a big difference.
The bus arrived late due to a protest in the streets. The driver provided wifi password and i was able to alert my family. It’s not the drivers fault, nobody could predict the civil unrest.
Bus was supposed to take 13.5 hours, instead took almost 20 hours! I didn’t have enough food or water for such a long journey so I was suffering by the end! In particular I left the bus feeling really ill and dehydrated
Arrived more than 4 hours late which is totally unacceptable. Staff at station were not helpful and I missed a boat because of Kate arrival costing a lot of money
Extremely late (more than 3 hours) and lacked essential toiletries like toilet roll and soap. Also my friends screen wouldn’t turn off for the entire journey, hindering her sleep and so she had to move to a different seat.
After taking forever to leave the station we then parked outside and waited another hour for another bus attendant to come aboard. As we had already started late the bus driver stopped at nearly every roadside stand to buy him and the bus attendant coffees and snacks. Our 14 hour bus ride turned into a 20 hour bus ride and it was clear the driver and attendant had zero concern for their passengers. I would never ever use Brasilia again in the future. Worst bus experience ever.
Like the company and have used before, just this bus was late by 45 minutes to leave, and then took 19 hours instead of 13. The driver went repeated wrong ways and were always stopping for food. It was a very long ordeal and pretty disappointed with the company on this day unfortunately.
Awful, bus left late. I’m still on the bus now and it was meant to arrive six hours ago. Staff are unfriendly and not helpful. Would only use again if I have literally no other choice and would not recommend to others.
Booked a 730pm bus (available online and confirmation of this time) but when showing up was told we had booked onto the 930pm bus and that it was strange we had 730pm tickets. Bus then delayed on departure so left at 10pm. Bus broke down at 1am for two hours (the team who fixed this I have ULTIMATE praise for and the stars for service go to them), no communication around this. Then diversion on the road added on more time. Overall still on the bus (2.30pm) and will be over 20 hours altogether. Not acceptable.
The bus should have arived in Medellin 5 hours ago. It already broken down twice and we are still 5 hours away from Medellin. It does not seem like it will be fixed soon and no solutions are being given. I lost an entire day of my trip in the best case, that is, if this thint ever makes it to Medellin
Premium Plus from Barranquilla to Cartegena was worse than Santa Marta to Baranquilla. It was less room between seat rows, no video display on the backs of seats, and slower.
