The bus ride itself was fine, no problem, it was very easy to go through migration at the Brazil border and then through migration in Paraguay (the bus stopped at both locations and informed passengers), but the bus arrived two hours late, well after midnight. This was entirely due to heavy traffic in Ciudad del Este. I appreciate that delays are always possible, but considering that the bus had to go through the city at rush hour, it is surely foreseeable that the bus will be greatly delayed. A more realistic arrival time should be given, not the best-case-scenario arrival time.

The bus broke down after an hour, we were moved to nsa bus which was good, however we paid for beds and in a new bus we got normal seats. After bringing it up to the staff they told me they don’t have available beds in this bus. Our travel was terrible we didn’t sleep at all.

Well our actual Bus didn’t come but to be fair they sorted it out quite well. They sent us to the border with another bus and then we used another company to get to our destination. Very friendly staff. We were about 3 hours late but it was okay.
