I didn’t enjoy that from time to time there was a smell of the toilet and that the bus was 1.3 hours late so I missed my second bus because of it that was 1.3 hours later!!

There was no wifi which was promised. I needed access to book accommodation other uses. The windows were blackened out so I couldn't see the scenery which was a big reason I travelled by bus instead of flying.

No working wifi on the bus or a place to charge your phone. Also, I’m now stranded in São Paulo for an entire day as there was no connecting bus to Rio until late tonight. I had to pay for an extra ticket because the bus driver took my São Paulo to Rio De Janeiro ticket when leaving Foz de Iguaçu when he should have taken the Foz - São Paulo ticket. An absolute disgrace. Have missed my first night in Rio as a result of this bus company and cannot get refunded for the night’s accommodation.

It was terrible, there was no A.C while it 36 Celsius degrees outside, the bus wasn’t working properly and we stoped for more than 2 hours while they try to fix it. We arrive at 15 instead of 11:30. We were really disappointed.
