Waiting for more than half an hour just to get tickets while the staff just sat and watched me behind a locked glass door. The bus was dalayed for over an hour and no one would have the courtesy to let waiting passengers know what was going on. Ended up having to get tickets for Mega bus. Very poor and probably will not return to the Cincinnati location
