Book A Ride Kingston Toronto recent customer reviews
I left my phone on the bus and I was the last person to be dropped off and my phone didn’t get put in the lost and found. Left it on the front seat right beside the bus driver
The bus from Kingston was a few hours late, and I ended up missing my other bus from Toronto
The bus never arrived. We waited for an hour and a half with a dozen other people before giving up. The number provided never picked up the phone after many calls
According to customer reviews, the service provided by this company is reliable and efficient. Customers appreciate that pick-up, ride, and delivery were all on time. However, some customers mentioned a lack of signage at the pick-up point as an area for improvement. Overall, the driver was praised for being helpful and friendly throughout the journey.
FlixBus Kingston Toronto recent customer reviews
The driver was very accommodating to my special needs. Because I am legally blind in my right eye. He moved me from my assigned seat.14B to right behind the driver seat. He also made sure that I got on and off the bus safely
First my bus got cancelled, then the new bus was 30 minutes late and we also had to switch buses on the way. Terrible service
The driver was great. I found the seats to be very tight to the point that I was in contact with the person beside me the entire trip.
According to multiple positive reviews, the bus service is excellent and always on time. Customers appreciate the effort made by staff members in loading heavy bags and find the seats comfortable. The overall cost efficiency of the service has also been praised with a 5-star rating.
Rider Express Kingston Toronto recent customer reviews
Bus said it was delayed till 7 pm, then said it wasn't delayed anymore and would arrive at 6 pm. Arrived at 6:50 pm and I had to wait an hour for it to show up.
Took a detour off the highway, the bus was late to arrive even after a late notification and was late to arrive by over an hour
There needs to be assigned seating. The bus was slightly delayed but instead of letting the group of new passengers on the bus, the operator made us wait 15 minutes in the cold so everyone who went to the washroom could come back. Assigned seating is so easy to implement and would make the service more professional and efficient
According to customer reviews, the service is praised for its comfortable seats and kind staff. Customers also appreciate the complimentary snacks provided. However, there are complaints about being over an hour late and missing connections. Some customers also mention that the heat in the bathroom was too extreme.
Red Arrow ON Kingston Toronto recent customer reviews
red arrow was an awesome bus ride espcially with the help of jocelyn. fun experience
loved the single seating + complementary items + the movies available on the wifi
On time both departing and arrival, courteous and helpful staff, clean bus, safe driving, complimentary drinks and snacks. Inexpensive through the third party booking site I used compared to competitors and other modes of transit.
