Bus Tickets from Brockville to Pearson Toronto Airport

Terrible experience had to wait like 3 hour to change bus and the drivers were very rude with the passenger

It was good; no problems and it smelt nice

The driver was very polite. But the bus was very late to arrive and slow to depart from stops along the way. The bus was also very full.

1 star because i only received a cancellation email about the ride a whole hour after waiting for the bus. Updates need to be faster and much closer to pick up times. It's summer, it's very hot outside, waiting an hour in the sun for a bus that wont come can be very bad.

The bus was late. The pick up location in Brockville had no covering and it was raining, and the bus driver it seems wasn't aware that he was picking up in Brockville. Got the impression he would have driven pass the pickup location if I wasn't standing out in the rain. There was no telephone number to call to find out about the bus arrival time.

I loved how easy and comfortable it was. Train left and arrived according to schedule. Staff were friendly and helpful.

Had a business class ticket from Brockville to Toronto. Although on the menu, no hot breakfast available.
