I LOVED IT! I read that some people had to wait for hours but my bus came on point and was so nice with everyone, super efficient, and the accommodations are impressive, like the fact you can bring a suitcase to put in the back of the bus and the place has air conditioning, we even had a 15 break near a Tim Hortons if needed to pee or eat, there were seatbelts in the bus for everyone and the driver even helped bring down our luggage, both drivers were amazing and I felt so happy

The trip between Montreal and Kingston, we feel cold because the air conditioning was quite strong, and we (I and other passengers) spoke to the driver, he switched it lower but after he switched strong back, we spoke to him again, later it got a little better. But overall we felt cold. We understand there are some reasons the driver have to put air conditioning in high volume. Finally, he drove us to Kingston safely, we reached to Toronto with another driver.

The bus drivers kept the doors open for long periods of time, while it was -10 degrees outside. And even after the bus moved and the doors closed, there was a draft inside the bus that made me super cold the entire second half of the trip.

The lady at the bus terminal in Niagara was not helpful at all and could have had a more approachable attitude. The driver of the bus was pleasant but his driving was a bit erratic at times. He was veering between lanes on occasions, had to break harshly once because he came up quickly on a slower moving vehicle ahead and didn't make me feel 100 percent safe

I enjoyed the comfortable bus with washroom. That was very critical for such a long distance destination. It was very confusing how to find the bus station in Montreal. Maybe adding the Google map link with the step by step instructions and telling in the instructions that people have to wait inside the building would help.
