The only positive thing I have to say was that it got me from point A to point B. Everything was messy from the beginning. Bus was delayed, but the delayed time it gave me was way off. I dont care that its delayed, I care that I get updated and accurate times (yes I was using the app). The bus that arrived wasn't even the correct number or logo and if I wasnt paying attention, I'd missed it. (Im not a local). Despite this, the driver scanning my ticket said it went through. That was only just part of the experience.
