HORRIBLE: I got to the bus when it was about to take off and although I had a ticket, a tag on my hand luggage and the driver opened the door, the supervisor didn’t let me in. It made absolutely no sense!!!

A little crowded. Thankfully I was sitting beside my girlfriend. Tammy bus driver from LA was fantastic. Making everyone laugh. Would not be worried about doing the same journey but would definatly choose flying over bus

Some staff were fantastic, re-assuring and understanding of our circumstances. Others were rude, not caring about anything we had to say and being dismissive. Bus was 3 hours late with no explanation.
