After arriving 45 minutes late, the bus ride was harrowing. I had to stir my own luggage because the rude driver barked « put your stuff in there. » The driver was a trainee and kept making wrong turns. He took us 40 minutes out of our way by taking a wrong turn and a woman on the bus missed her flight at the airport. His colleague was a rude, short-tempered old woman with a Brooklyn accent who was giving him (wrong) directions from a printout. The bus had no WiFi, contrary to what was advertised. The bathrooms were horrible: smelly, no sink, no towels or sanitary napkins, and unclean.
Everything was quite smooth and convenient despite a bit of traffic that was no fault of FlixBUS. Our driver, Tracey, did a great job. The bus is a very useful and affordable link between cities.
The bus was comfortable but the bathroom was out of hand sanitizer and and wasn’t very clean- I arrived 2.5 hours late to my destination.
Greyhound Lines offers the most comprehensive intercity bus services in the United States. They operate a modern, environmentally friendly fleet that serves more than 2400 destinations and carries nearly 16 million passengers annually. Our driver was a hero. As the bus was clearly stuck in Everett, for unknown reasons, even when headquarters was called, our driver stepped up and ubered to a spare bus in another town. We were still over 2 hours late across the board, but at least the bus driver made sure we eventually reached our destination. For all we know, that bus in Everett never left or arrived.
Very bad service.i never take this bus my life... because they waste my time and my 27 dollar money
Greyhound in Portland is horrible and the drivers going and coming were rude. What is really going on with greyhound??☹
