Very friendly driver! Bus got to Seattle on time and arrived in Portland on time. Clean and comfortable.
The driver was indifferent and cold. Not nice to answer questions.
Was unable to get any information on when bus would come or if it would come at all. Phone and online response was unacceptable and gets a zero.
i will keep using.
I hope next time can be on time
Greyhound in Portland is horrible and the drivers going and coming were rude. What is really going on with greyhound??☹
I love the new east Portland stop
Was easy and comfortable. A closed road made us late
There was a change of the station in Portland that I was not informed about until in the bus.
Driver was very personable. He told us how to lock the restroom door among other welcoming and orientation remarks. He encouraged riders to ask him any questions we might have had.
We arrived early and the bus driver kindly let us broad the earlier bus - many thanks Only one complaint. We were seated at the back of the bus and the toilet smelt strongly of urine for most of the journey.
It was comfortable.
The bus was dirty and the smell from the toilet was so terrible making the whole experience of seating at the back seats awful.
Bus driver was awesome and overall the ride was a perfect experience!
The internet was poor. Also useful to know if there's a traytable available to be able to plan for working surfaces
Good bus but internet didn't work
Apparently the bus before ours never arrived and they loaded us on our bus and the other passengers were still there. On the return trip to Seattle the bus was 45 minutes late and the seat I was in was broken
Excellent service just need to clean up
This last ride was awful. Bus came late, ac was broken from beginning power went out and stranded for 3.5 hours. Came very late to portland
All fine except the plug outlets did not work, the wifi did not work and there was an insistent buzz coming from the speakers overhead that was very irritating.
Lateness was due to terrible traffic. Driver needs a little training about not stomping on the brakes so hard so often Seats not comfortable for such a distance. Thanks for having enough toilet paper!
Bus seat were worn out, seat handle was broken
The bus had no A/C, nor did it have wifi.
The driver was excellent! Very courteous and attentive!
Charming driver, retired school bus driver!
bus arrived 20 mins late for depart and 40 minutes late on arrival. the driver was unfriendly and unhelpful, just standing by as passengers crawled into the luggage space under the bus to fetch their bags
Uneventful which is how we want it to be. The bus was very cold though.
No wifi no plugs
