I bought the tickets before time to leave 8am from brownsville and we didn't leave till 8:50am. Then the bus a.c. wasn't working so we were practically boiling inside. Then the driver kept getting lost. 15 minutes before getting to our destination he stops the truck bus and just walks of say he can't drive anymore and just walks away leaving us stranded for 20 minutes. We were supposed to get to dallas at 5:45pm and ended up get there till 9pm. I always recommended you guys but after that day I changed my mind. My daughter got of dizzy from the heat. And we were thinking of taking another trip in june but after yesterday I think I might just look for another bus company.
