Me and many other passengers were stuck in FWT for three hours and people started to go stir crazy. One had to be escorted out and arrested by police. I’ve always wondered why it took people so long to board in FWT as I often ride the other way and I now know it is because the staff gives zero information. One was telling us to go to our train car only to be told to go back to scan our tickets once we got there. I was lucky and a gentleman let me in the line with him after the confusion. I wish this system was a little more communicative.

The bus showed up 15 minutes late. The engine just shut off at a red light and the driver had to rev the engine for 5 minutes to get it started again while cars were honking at us. There were crumbs and trash all over all the seats. It smelled bad.

A very comfortable journey and we reached with just 20 min delay in spite of the snowstorm. Saw snow on both sides of the road but the drive was very safe on the roads. The driver was very cordial and friendly.
