Greyhound Dayton Indianapolis recent customer reviews
Bus arrived a little late but that didn't matter so much to me. Overall the ride was straightforward and just fine.

It was an awful experience. The bus driver told us we were unable to get on the bus due to its capacity being full even though we purchased tickets almost a week prior to the trip. He was extremely unfriendly and showed no sympathy and gave no further instruction or explanation of what to do. We paid for a round trip and did not use it because of the first experience. I would not recommend this type of transportation and would appreciate any compensation for my difficulties.

I had asked for my tickets to be printed the day before departure. I had the ticket from Indianapolis to Chicage but not the one from Dayton. The staff member was very unhelpful, barely spoke. Insisted she could not reprint the ticket. Altho I was adamant I was not given it. In the end I had to pay for a new ticket. $30. Or not be allowed on the bus. I was very upset.
