The process and trip was fairly smooth from start to finish. There were a lot of forms and processes to complete at the start of the trip but the staff were clear on what was required. The bus was comfortable and the staff were friendly and helpful. The border crossing were organised well and there were no problems. We would definitely use Marga Taqsa again.

The bus departed 30 minutes late and was over 2 hours late on arrival. This hurt our trip itinerary significantly. It was also hot and noisy. The driver did not run the bus A/C or stop passengers from playing music and videos without headphones. Made for a tiring day.

The trip was fine. The problem was at the beginning. My e-ticket clearly said I just had to show the ticket on my cell phone to board. The driver wouldn’t accept that. I had to go to the ticket office, wait in line for 20 minutes for a guy to give me a paper slip which had my seat number, which matched the one that was clearly printed on the e-ticket. Stupid waste of time and not a good look for your company. Your back office systems seem mired in the 1970s.
