There was no information at the departure point and it was unclear where buses were going or how long they were delayed. I missed my bus in the chaos and didn't get to see my son, or use my return ticket. I felt very sad and stupid.

Bought my ticket and it said it was leaving from Exeter bus station it wasn’t until I asked someone at the station about it that they told me that it actually left from sidwell street in Exeter so had to run to the right stop to get onto the bus, luckily the bus hadn’t left yet and the driver was very helpful
