Bus was in disabled condition when leaving . Alternator trouble. No heat. Bus was cold. Uncomfortable especially when weather was unfavorable. Asked about taking another bus,was told it would take hours to retrieve another bus. Not, totally with driver as he was jerking steering wheel back and forth along with reading as he was driving.
