Awful! The bus never came to our stop, staff didn’t know anything about it, waiting 4 hours in the cold for a bus to arrive.
Had to continuously ask about the status, some members of the staff just answered with “ I don’t know. The drivers were very nice and helpful. The rest of the staff had horrible attitude
The Greyhound transfer point at Richmond is good and air-conditioned with facilities for passengers to wait for connecting bus. The Greyhound bus station at Raleigh is also very good. Got Uber at 50% discount. Overall, good experience, considering that my journey was overnight.
The bus left late because the driver decided to wait for a passenger’s friend who was on the way. The friend never arrived and it wasn’t fair to make the rest of the passengers wait. We all had connecting buses. Additionally, someone smoked in the bathroom bus with no repercussions.
My bus was scheduled go leave 1:30 p the staff said it had been delayed due to traffic and that it would be there at 2.06p. 10 minutes after 2p they say the traffic is really bad and the bus will be there at 3p. I am panicking since I am supposed to be working that night. Then the story changed to they don't know when the bus will be there. A bus arrives and turns out it's 3.15p bus now what happened to our bus? No body has an answer worst part is we 1:30p have to wait for the 3.15p people to board then we will be squeezed in...long story short I am disappointed with their services they never communicated with Richmond the driver asks me why I missed my bus..really? anyway I got to Raleigh at 9p instead of 7p
Bus was on time, staff was good, breaks were taken at appropriate time but lacked in hygiene. Leaving first 3 front seats, rest of the area was stinking very gross. I think it was coming from the toilet situated at the back. Something must be done in order to maintain cleanliness. Thanks!
On the way to Raleigh NC my experience was horrible, my arrival time was suppose to be 3:10 pm and we didn't arrive until 5 o'clock pm. The bus driver from DC to Richmond was rude, we arrived in Richmond at 11:30 and where told that we where departing at 12 noon but didn't leave until 1 pm. I was apart of the reboarding passagers and if it wasn't for a fellow passenger noticing the number of our bus where where going to get left and have to wait for the next bus, because your workers didn't know we was suppose to board the bus plus we still had our belongings on the bus SMH. With all that being said my trip back was was amazing the driver from Raleigh to Richmond was outstanding including the driver from Richmond to DC, and there the only reason why I gave 3 star ratings, I wish I could remember there names, they where very efficient drove very smooth and even made a couple of funny comments over the intercom. Need more workers like them two vs the other ones.
The staff were very helpful with our young children by letting us board first. The drivers were safe and the bus actually got into Raleigh early. Excellent experience!
I booked a ticket for 6:05 am the bus come and have more people then tickets, they ask me to Chang for 1:30 the bus don't move at 1:30 it's 1:50 I have all day waiting for abuse was schodel at 6:06 . I am not happy
