To hard to rebook or change time trip not on time not enough space for people's luggage
I was left stranded at Heathrow Terminal 5 last night. With no National Express customer services staff who could help advise me. The bus did not turn up at all at 9.45pm and I didn’t even get any notifications. Waited 45 minutes in the freezing cold. I ended up having to pay £236.62 for an Uber to take me home to Nottingham.
Had a 7.45 booked after an 11 hour night flight. Got to departure lounge and was told to wait. By the time 7.40 came checked online. Was told it was cancelled. At 7.55 was told we could go and wait in bay 8. So many people, all pushing so stood back( along with another couple) believing we would all get on.Finally I heard the bus driver saying “ thats it no more space for cases” as I only had a small case ,I could get on a very crowded coach. Some people I believe had more than I case each. At no time was my ticket checked. Also no explanation on delay
