It was really good
We were called up for bus no 401 but suddently we were told it was bus 401 in another direction not going for London, so told please wait another 401 will arrive soon?? Many people very confused about this, after waiting and waiting. Drive to London was good😉 but did not take 30 min but 60 min
Easy to find the departure point.Staff was very helpful.Will use the service again.
When we got to Airport at T5 we was told we had to get a bus to bus terminal to get our bus to London which was not won't I was told I am 69 and my friend is 74with our case it not a lot off fun
