I am very disappointed with my journey. I paid to get off at Finchley Road and my bus driver never stop there. I asked the driver why and he said he never supposed to stop there

The worst experience ever. The bis was delayed by 40 mins and the driver didn't come to the provided baya and left without the passengers.
Customers are impressed with the comfort and legroom on their journey, as well as the friendly and helpful driver. The service is also more competitively priced compared to other options. However, there have been complaints about buses not showing up and a lack of customer support for bus schedules, which has left some customers disappointed.

The service was late,no updates, no apologies, nothing at all. It would have been 10.10am but didn't arrive until 10.32am!
However, it was a smooth drive and pleasant as well. If the sevjcr is running late, the passengers should be informed. When we tried to track it, the response kept saying weren't booked om the service and that it wasn't a scheduled service?
