Very helpful staff and a comfortable journey
The drivers were especially helpful. It was the first time I had been to oxford by coach and they made sure I got off at the right spot.

Really nice coaches
The bus smelled really bad like toilet
The driver said i needed a ticket with a UPC code on it; my email-sent ticket did not have one - this caused a problem and i nearly had to buy a new ticket! bad.
The perfect team
Accident on M40 was the holdup. The driver did an excellent job in loading luggage onto bus... with no help. A young man came and wheeled away three carts and did not return to assist... what’s up with that!
Smooth and friendly, very comfortable
Very pleasant stress free travel
There was an accident and road works on the way. Not the fault of the bus company. The driver was excellent.
Appart from being late, which was due to traffic the bus drivers were friendly and helpful and i liked the fact, that my ticket was valied for any time of travel, i was however worried, that there would be no place left on the bus i was aiming for.
I was difficicult to find the departure spot at Heathrow
Excellent journey. Great driver, very helpful.
Very friendly, helpful driver
Chris helped with the luggage, and the delay was due to the traffic
A good first experiece
bus drivers were very courtious
The driver was very good and explained to everyone of the change of route due to an accident. The journey was smooth and well driven
The bus driver was unaware that his bus was operating for national express, he send to an information booth and drove off. The information staff told me that that had been my bus. I had to wait 30 min for a next bus. On a full day international trip, this type of stuff makes a journey exhausting.
Extremly professional and distinguished driver giving an exceptional service to the travelers.
