Greyhound Huntsville Nashville recent customer reviews
The bus was dirty and needed cleaning. Maybe after each drop off, give your driver 15-20 to clean the bus to receive the new passagers.
That was the most disgusting ridiculous unorganized mess. I will NEVER book another ticket. It was my first and my last. The bus never showed up. The terminal was not open. There was no security at night. No bathrooms. It was a dangerous scene. The national office didn't know, or were pretending to not know the bus was broken down. There was no plan of action. I left after 2 hours of sitting outside, in the rain. Finally, a stranger drove by and said the bus was on the side of the road somewhere. Never again and I will be posting other reviews online.
No WiFi on board, drunk passengers, no proper air conditioning.
